Position
Overview:
This
role offers a unique opportunity to drive enterprise product portfolio,
identify market opportunities, optimize pricing structures, manage product
performance, and enhance customer value propositions. This position will
contribute to product lifecycle activities, conduct commercial and financial
analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful
delivery of competitive connectivity and sustainable growth alignment with the
company’s overall vision.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Product
Strategy & Portfolio Management:
- Identify
customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to recommend new
product opportunities and enhancements.
- Monitor
product performance and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization.
- Conduct
market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges.
- Manage
the product lifecycle, business case preparation, launching support, and
closure activities.
2.
Pricing
& Commercial Management:
- Develop
and execute dynamic pricing strategies for telecommunications services (e.g.,
voice, data plans, broadband) across multiple customer segments
- Analyze
competitor pricing strategies, customer behavior, and market dynamics to
continuously adjust pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Lead
the development of price segmentation and discounting models for both corporate
and SME customers, ensuring profitability while remaining competitive.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate
with product development, sales and connectivity partners to ensure product
offerings align with customer expectations and market demand.
- Partner
with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively
promote the portfolio and highlight key differentiators.
- Collaborate
with finance teams to ensure that pricing and product decisions support
financial targets and business profitability.
- Collaborate
with sales teams and connectivity partners to ensure pricing strategies are
aligned with go-to-market initiatives and customer expectations
4. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish
key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product,
portfolio, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor
product performance and make data-driven recommendations for portfolio
optimization, pricing adjustments, and product improvements.
- Report
regularly to senior leadership on portfolio health, product performance, and
the impact of pricing decisions on business outcomes.
Educational
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or
related field.
Experience
requirement:
- Experience in Product management, Portfolio
management, and Pricing strategy. Experience with product lifecycle
management, pricing software, and analytics platforms will be considered
as an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Track record of successfully
leading mobility product and portfolio management functions in a dynamic,
competitive environment.
- Expertise in pricing
strategy in telco environment, including experience with pricing models,
elasticity analysis, and market segmentation.
- Analytical and financial
acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of customer
behavior, competitive analysis, and market segmentation techniques.
