Job Purpose:
The Manager/Senior Manager Enterprise Connectivity is a strategic technical leadership role responsible for owning the solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, and delivery governance of Axentec’s mission‑critical enterprise connectivity portfolio. This role acts as the single technical authority bridging enterprise customer requirements, commercial viability, and telco‑grade network execution, ensuring monetization, SLA integrity, and regulatory compliance across high‑value sectors such as Banking, Government, Utilities, and Large Enterprises.
The position is designed to operate with clear decision authority, architectural veto power, and accountability for POC‑to‑revenue conversion and service reliability.
To
lead the product lifecycle and pre-sales engineering for Axentec’s
mission-critical connectivity portfolio. This leader will be responsible for
bridge-building between complex customer requirements and technical execution,
ensuring that enterprise last mile solutions Private Layer 2 VPNs over FWA,
MW, Fiber, LEO Sat offered by axentec are monetize as per the company
roadmap.
Responsibilities:
•
Product Portfolio Management: Oversee the strategic roadmap for RSC
(M2M, Business, and Field Connect) and Infrastructure (Microwave, Fiber,
FWA, and Enterprise SkyLink).
• Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead a team of Solution Architects to perform Proof of Concept (POC) activity, R&D, and customer site visits for customized enterprise requirements.
• Architectural Design: Design complex branch-to-branch and DC-to-branch connectivity using L2VPN, IP Sec tunnels, and Private APNs.
• Network Integration: Collaborate with PS Core and IT Network Planning to issue Work Orders (WO) and ensure VLAN mapping and PNI links are correctly commissioned.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all solutions, Robi Secure Connect, Microwave, Fiber, Starlink and FWA, adhere to BTRC guidelines, including local gateway interceptions and data sovereignty requirements.
• SLA Management: Define and maintain strict uptime SLAs for mission-critical banking and government sectors.
Required Technical Expertise
• Enterprise Networking:
◦ Deep knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPNs, SD-WAN, and VLAN mapping.
◦ Expertise in IP Sec security for ISP tunnels and Static LAN IP configurations.
◦ Understanding of Microwave Line of Sight (LoS) urban/rural planning and Fiber Ring Topologies.
• Telecom Core Network:
◦ Proficiency in Packet Core (PS) and Circuit Switched (CS) planning.
◦ Experience with Secured APN management, QoS implementation during network congestion, and SIM-based data solutions.
• Emerging Tech & Satellite:
◦ Technical understanding of NGSO (Non-Geostationary Orbit) satellite systems (Starlink) and the integration of satellite PoPs with leased fiber.
◦ Familiarity with Wi-Fi 6
technology and Industrial Grade IP67 routers for FWA deployment.
Skillset & Experience Needed
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in EEE, CSE, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in B2B Technical Sales or Core Network Planning, with a proven track record in the ISP, NTTN and telecom.
• Solution Engineering: Ability to conduct technical feasibility assessments for high-bandwidth requirements (up to 10Gbps) and low-latency mission-critical apps.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Experience managing relationships with NTTN providers, ISP partners, and global hardware vendors.
• Operational Agility: Capable of managing the "Most
Competitive" commercial models as per the go-to-market strategy
Leadership & Behavioral Skills
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Ability to navigate IT, Technology, and Sales teams to eliminate bottlenecks in the "Client Provision Planning" phase.
• Technical Consultant Mindset: Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to influencers like technology consultants and system integrators.
• Problem-Solving: Leading after-sales issue
analysis and troubleshooting for complex multi-hop microwave links or fiber
outages.
